DSE has issued a show-cause notice to the schools and candidates who were selected as PGTs by HSTSB on the basis of teaching experience certificates. These candidates and schools have given one more chance to explain and verify their position on teaching experience certificates on 07.04.2015 at 10:00 A.M at 6th Floor, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula.
At the time of verification of the teaching experiences issued to the candidates selected as PGTs on the basis of experience certificate acquired from these institution/school, it has been observed that teaching experience certificates issued by these institution/ school are not supported by relevant/genuine documents rather it reflects unreasonable, unjustifiable and irrational approach adopted by these institution/ school while issuing teaching experience certificates.
Multiple number of certificates have been issued in a particular subject from these institution/ school as it is ascertained from the number of the recommendations made viz-a-viz the number of the students appeared in the board examination.
After above verification by the department, it has been found that school authorities have violated the provisions of Rule 43 of Haryana School Education Rules, 2003 amended in 2007, wherein it has been provided, for suspension or withdrawal of recognition/N.O.C. of the school for violation of the above provisions. The candidates who have been selected as PGTs but have not been issued appointments, are approaching the department by way of submitting representations. After careful consideration, it has been decided to grant one more opportunity to the schools as well as the candidates for re-examination of the relevant records regarding the issuance of teaching experience certificates.
Therefore, these schools and candidates are required to explain and justify their position on 07.04.2015 at 10:00 A.M at 6th Floor, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula before the committee constituted to verify the genuineness of the teaching experience certificates issued by these schools to the candidates selected as PGTs in various subjects.
